We have three monthly maintenance plans: 30-minute, 60-minute, and Unlimited. An annual redesign of your website is included in the Unlimited maintenance plan. If you keep your plan active consecutively for 12 months, we will redesign your website, giving it a fresh new look on an annual basis.
The Ultimate and Enterprise websites include a 60-minute maintenance plan. This is an option for the Starter and Deluxe websites.

Maintenance Request

It is essential to keep your website managed and up-to-date. You can do it yourself or we can do it for you. Website maintenance plans range from 30 minutes to unlimited minutes.
Your monthly maintenance will begin on the date your plan is purchased and we will provide you with a link to submit content update requests. Updates that exceed the package time limit will be billed separately, but we will let you know prior to beginning work if the requested updates are estimated to go beyond your package limit. Content update time must be used within the 30-day period.
At the end of your one-year period, we will work with you to redesign your website to give it a fresh new look.
